This website is operated by lawyer Anna Danali (hereinafter “Lawyer”), addressed to all internet users, and has informative and not advertising purpose regarding the Law Office of the Lawyer, her associate lawyers and the services they provide. PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES BY THE LAWYER
Users acknowledge and accept that the provision of legal services or advice by the Lawyer may take place only after a visit to her office in Athens, at 142 Alexandras Avenue, or after a meeting by teleconference, where their case will be assessed. The undertaking of any case requires an explicit agreement between the Lawyer and the client, which will include the Lawyer’s fee.

PERSONAL DATA
The Lawyer through her website may ask users to state their absolutely necessary personal data and information, such as their name, phone number and e-mail address, in order to contact them. The Lawyer collects this information to respond to communication, job requests and services requested by users. In any case, users acknowledge that it is at the Lawyer’s absolute discretion to decide whether or not to contact them, without having to justify her decision. This type of communication does not create any mandate, client, advisory, confidential or professional relationship between the Lawyer and the user.
The Lawyer has a duty of professional secrecy and confidentiality to her clients. Before accepting any new command, the Lawyer will request information about the potential client, as well as the nature of the proposed work, in order to control any conflicts, incompatibilities, and other reasonably justified reasons. This information (which may include personal data) may be disclosed to any external collaborator, or member of the Lawyer’s Law Office, in compliance with the privacy policy and having taken all necessary and appropriate technical means in order to prevent unauthorized users from accessing her files. OTHER PROVISIONS
The Lawyer is subject to Greek law and the Jurisdiction of the Greek Courts.
If any part of the Terms of Use is void or unenforceable under the applicable law, including but not limited, of disclaimers and limitations of liability herein above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision which is more in line with the intention of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement remains in force.
The Lawyer reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use without prior notice.
