The personal data protection policy of the Law Office of Anna Danali (hereinafter “Lawyer”) covers any personal information that the Lawyer may collect when you contact her or her associates to assign your case or when you use her website. Your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy declares your consent to the collection, use and tranfer of your personal data for purposes related to the provision of services by the Lawyer.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
The Lawyer is aware of the confidentiality of your personal information and will not collect your personal information when you visit the site, unless you choose to provide this information to her by e-mail, telephone, fax, post, in person at the office or by other means. Any information requested by the Lawyer that can be categorized as personal (name, company, email address, telephone number and home address) will only be provided in the context of a lawyer-client relationship.
With the establishment of a lawyer-client relationship, the collection of information by the Lawyer will be handled with absolute confidentiality. The Lawyer will collect your personal data to register you as a client, to provide and manage legal services to you or to your company, as well as to process invoicing, payments, and other financial transactions. In this context, the Lawyer will collect the information that will help her to process your case effectively, according to your best interest and the protection of your legal rights.
Any information you send to the Lawyer before she agrees to take on your case and to represent you will not be covered by this Privacy Policy.
The Lawyer also collects personal data for the processing of employment applications for recruitment purposes, which are used in order to contact you for this purpose.
The Lawyer maintains a contact list in order to send greeting emails, and giving recipients the option to state that they wish to be removed from such contact list, which is maintained for this purpose. The Lawyer does not send advertising messages.

WHERE YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS STORED AND FOR HOW LONG

Your personal data is stored and maintained by the Lawyer in her archive (physical and electronic) and is deleted when you request it.
The Lawyer maintains records of your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill their collection purposes in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including the purposes of fulfilling any legal, accounting or reporting requirements and in any case not more than ten years after the final processing of your case.
In the case of recruitment applications, your personal data is deleted in case you are not recruited and is retained only if you request it, for future cooperation opportunities.

WHO DOES YOUR PERSONAL DATA SHARE WITH?
It is possible that, after undertaking your case, the Lawyer will need to forward your personal information to third parties, such as associate lawyers, associates and clerks, outside associates, consultants, translators, bailiffs, mediators, arbitrators and technical experts and with third parties that provide services, to respond and offer their services to you, but also to comply with any procedures provided by law. It should be noted that any information provided in the lawyer-client relationship between you and the Lawyer can and will be used to answer your questions or to inform you of services that may be useful and offered by any other entity related to the Lawyer.
The Lawyer reserves the right to collect and communicate to government authorities or other third parties any relevant information, in order to protect herself and her clients from any illegal activity, always in accordance with the duty of confidentiality created by the lawyer-client relationship as defined in Greek Law and order.
The Lawyer may be obliged to transfer all or part of the data in its possession, in accordance with an obligation arising from a law or court decision.

WHERE AND HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS STORED
The data collected by you is not transferable or stored at a destination outside the European Union.
The Lawyer takes all appropriate technical and security measures to protect your personal data-information. However, the Internet is not 100% secure. Therefore, it can not be promised that the use of the website, electronic files or software will be completely safe. The Lawyer implements the prescribed security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the information she collects. In case of violation of the Lawyer’s files, she will inform the Personal Data Protection Authority.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request at any time to exercise the right of access, correction and deletion of your personal data.
